immigration reform is a political system for implementing an immigrant’s project. It is the main issue of American politics. The immigration reform and control act has been implemented in November 6 1986.It made the employees to work in any field of U.S. Immigration reform is a smart part to our economy. Obama is seeking a good productivity among workers. Obama said republicans are not supporting the immigration reforms. If there is a leadership among republicans then there will a great support.

The immigration bill should be passed, legally then only we can able to appoint republican senate. While we have any problem with immigrants then we can able to collect information from aliens. Business conservatives are restricting the economic importance of immigrant workers.

This is the big issue for Arizona to consider a remark over some other issues. Arizona immigration law need a correct guidance of illegal immigration and after discussing it will create a list of those members who is residing in U.S. After federal immigration law the Arizona employees are been adopted. The Arizona business law is got appealed in Supreme Court for a ruling. This issue made illegal immigrants as unemployed people in those states. The Arizona business will apply for challenging an issue of immigration reforms. In these cases Arizona prefers police to check an immigration status of an individual.

The Arizona court was altered illegal immigration law for the concern of public. The Republicans and some set of people will give full support for that state to come up. So the citizens will be relaxed and calm. It will measure the facts and effects of people’s immigration law. We have to create a new service for immigrants to access services in the country. We should equal respect for immigrants and we have to consider every human rights in to the existence if it was right. Essentially we must keep ready of our original documents like Birth certificate, Membership form, citizen ship for a stay in that specific country. But the illegal immigration problem is a big traumatic issue in alien countries. So the Arizona government is taking specific steps to control problems and some social services.

The legislation of racial profiles all is encouraging the illegal immigrants. Enforcing this law is been considered as a major issue. But in this situations the police are been put in a critical situations. Long back the U, S has a problem for entering the border but now through visa and passport we can enter anywhere in the world. Arizona is having more than 60% of Hispanic peoples are there. They are mixed in ratio. But here we have to compare both white and black people in a normal way. We should not show any comparisons. Generally the state of law is un constitutional but the bad community is interfering in Arizona’s communities. Immigration Reform and Immediate Responsibility Act to prevent illegal entries, introduce border measures, control and regulate the benefits that should be provided to immigrants, measures to scrutinize the immigrants more strictly.

immigration newsis available in different USCIS or websites the word immigration means a simple movement of a people to the foreign countries for permanently living or temporary servicing. If you want to visit a country for living or doing any work, then you need to know the immigration news first. Maximum time various news is found in the personal website of a country. When some people transfer themselves to other countries, then they are known as land of immigrants for that country. Every immigration system has some rules and regulations. If you want to make a visit to a foreign country, then you must obey the regulations of immigration properly. Otherwise you will fall in several problems, before or after a visit. People mostly visited in different countries like Canada, USA, and UK as an immigration member. Hopefully maximum people try to visit in American countries. USA is the best option for permanent or temporary immigration. US is usually helpful for making lots of working opportunity for the migrate people.

After visiting this country one can survive his life freely and earns good amount monthly. us immigration forms are available in different websites also in some special cyber cafe centre. To complete the whole procedure you visiting in a foreign country, you need to process visa or green card. Everybody should fill up the form correctly, if he or she wants to achieve a visa from the authority. A visa is broadly classified into two groups. They are immigrant visa and non immigrant visa. These two types’ visas have their own function. At first we can make a discussion about non immigrant visa. If anyone wants to visit there temporarily for job, tourism or study, then the government of that country can give them non immigrant visa. Again if, anybody wants to live there permanently and works for develop his family life, then authority provides him immigrant’s visa. Student visa for US is not easy to collect because very small amounts of people go there for study.

USCIS websites can help you to find us immigration forms. There are some professional and private players available on the internet who gives you the facility to provide immigration forms. To maintain the whole system and filling the form properly he took a charge from every people. In this system their main works are providing help to those people to fill up the form properly. These types of help providers are the approved person form the US governments. Immigration forms are so sophisticated to fill up and you need to make special consideration on it during filling the form. If you make a research, then you will found a list of rejection. More than 40% application forms are rejected in every year due to their incomplete and error full data. Main thing is the rules and regulation of that country and it will be explained as laws of US. It is very hard to follow so every part of the form need to check again and again becomes approved. If it is not approved legally, then there will be no chance to visit in the US countries.

A political election is a process by which a group of people or a population of people make a decision to choose an individual to hold office. Elections are usually the defining aspect of what a democracy stands for– being able to choose individuals in government to represent the people. Elections can be held to fill office in a legislative, executive, and judiciary branch both in local, state, and Federal governments. An election does not have to be political; it is a process that can also be held to elect corporate officials in a business or within a non-profit organization.

What is Involved in an Election?
There are many aspects of a political election, from the time that someone decides to run for office to the time of election day when people travel to political polls to cast their votes.

Nomination:
Nomination of a politician is the process by which the politician is chosen to represent a political party (such as the Democratic or Republican parties) to be voted in a political poll for office. Most partisan systems only allow certain parties to have nominated candidates put on political polls when an election is held for a certain position. This time of political poll voting system is usually practiced in partisan systems. Non-partisan systems either allow any person wishing to run for office to be nominated, while other non-partisan systems allow anyone to be voted for office in a political poll without any kind of nomination. There is an obvious exception, however, such as age restrictions.

What Are Politics?
Politics is the term given to a process by which a group of people make important collective decisions. Politics generally refers to decisions and actions by governments, but a politic can also describe actions within a corporation, academic organization, or a religious institution. A politic decision generally involves social relations with a large group of people by a smaller group of people who hold power. A politic is also an action that is formulated and enforced by those in authority through specific methods and/or tactics. The actual word “politics” originates from the Greek word politika, from politic, a word modeled from Aristotle’s book “affairs of state”.

Politics are the process by which people or groups of people make collective decisions that affect an entire community or nation-state. Politics is a force of human nature by which the hierarchical human social construct of power is manipulated, transferred, and/or put into use for the benefit of the collective entity. It is human nature to be power hungry, each group or individual believes that their ability to make collective decisions is superior to the other. The ability to make collective decisions is what defines power. All political factions compete for power.

Politics rule all forms of social activity because human beings evolved to create a division of labor and activity as an optimal means of surviving. It is very difficult to decipher which came first, politics or civilization; it is yet another variant of the “chicken or egg” dilemma. However, one thing is clear about their relationship, they constitute a self-perpetuating system of human interaction. Civilization could never exist without politics, in the animal kingdom, the issue of power is also crucial to the collective survival of wolves. Wolves do not challenge the status of the alpha male, they simply instinctively know who is strong enough to lead the pack. Wolves live an apolitical lifestyle. Unfortunately, the rapidly changing circumstances of human civilization necessitate a constant challenging of authority to adapt. Politics are the means by which humans best adapt to changing circumstances and evolving views of human epistemology. Thus politics are a constant adversarial struggle. All historians agree that history is made by political conflict. The nature of the events surrounding political conflict is what historians disagree about.

Politics are everywhere. Politics are found even in areas of study that are meant to be solemn and ideally non-political like religion. All religions make political statements that attempt to answer what is the best cultural norm to adopt for the optimal means of survival with peace. Religious leaders can function politically within their respective religious organization. The mixing of politics and religion may be taboo among adherents of modern Western civilization but this phenomenon is nothing new. The idea of a theocratic government is older than any kind of secular democracy, the ancient Egyptian Pharaoh had a dual role of political leader and religious leader. The question of the efficacy of this form of government is up to the political philosophy to which one may subscribe.

The truth is, however, that all human social interactions, to some extent politics within them; hence, the logical fallacy of the phrase “politically apathetic.” If all human interactions are political to some extent, then completely disengaging in political activity is virtually impossible. The only instance in which a living person can be completely cut off from human interaction is when a person has completely lost his sanity or consciousness. So politics is ever present due to the competitive nature of human interactions.

Politics can be very messy. What is crucial to political success is to stand against the political opposition in solidarity; that is why political parties do their best to stick to their ideological platform. Too much diversity of opinion within one political party can ruin a party’s chance of being a elected because the vote could be split along factions within a party; thereby causing the common adversary of the factions to win the election. To promote political solidarity, Democrats gather to vote on the platform to which they will stick. The Democratic Committee is responsible for the maintenance of the party’s platform.

The Democratic committee is the organization that is responsible for understanding the trends in the core beliefs of the democratic party. They gather statistics and conduct surveys among registered Democrats to determine what kind of political issues that all factions of the Democratic party have in common. The Democratic Committee refers to the adherents all of the party’s core beliefs as the Democratic party’s base. The Democratic Committee then creates political strategies to appeal to the Democratic base without alienating them for being to different from their beliefs and issues of concern. In difficult political times, the ability to understand the Democratic party’s core believe is sometimes more difficult than in less problematic times. Breakdown in political solidarity can occur when the Democratic Committee miscalculates the dance between appealing to centrist swing voters and the democratic base. Another of the Democratic Committee’s many duties is the prevent the formation of factional rivalries within the Democratic Party. The Race between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama before the Democratic National Convention in 2008 was potentially damaging to the Democratic effort because it had the potential to divide the party. Luckily both candidates were politically intelligent enough to forge a deal in which Barack Obama offered Hillary Clinton the position of Secretary of State in his cabinet if he won the election. This move increased party solidarity and gave the president much needed foreign policy credentials to strengthen his campaign against John McCain and Sarah Palin. The Democratic Committee most likely approved of Obama’s political move. It proved itself critical to Obama’s eventual victory.

In times of extreme political turmoil amongst Democrats, the Democratic Committee will call an emergency convention to do some political soul searching and resolve differences amongst members of the same party. Emergency conventions are rare; most of the time, conventions are called to choose who is the best candidate for president in presidential election year. The venue of these conventions changes every four years with the last occurring in Denver, Colorado in 2008. Political solidarity is critical to all political victories and political committees are critical mechanism of ensuring the preservation of a united political front.

The Democratic party is the older of the two American Political party. There are three incarnations of the Democratic Party, some historians think of each incarnation as three separate Democratic Parties. However, the modern Democratic Party owes much of its heritage to previous incarnations. Political pressures and historical events made the party change its platform a few times in 200 years of party history.

Its earliest incarnation owes its existence to Thomas Jefferson, an Anti-Federalist, who favored a more direct form of American Democracy. He believed in landownership for all, greatly expanding the American landscape with the 1803 Louisiana purchase from Napoleon’s France. Historians refer to Thomas Jefferson’s vision of American Democracy as the “agrarian paradise” in which the power of the state rested in the hands of the valiant landowning yeoman farmer. Jefferson also believed in the destruction of the central bank in order to make lending practices fairer for the common man. Another reason why Jefferson believed in the destruction of the central bank was to stop the invisible tax of inflation on the poorer segments of the American population. The Democratic Party always had a tradition of policies that supported the creation of wealth for less advantaged Americans. Unfortunately, however, Jefferson’s vision of an “agrarian paradise” lead to the perpetuation of the horrible institution of African slavery as the engine of the American Agricultural sector.

The second incarnation of Democratic party had Andrew Jackson as its central figure. Jackson, like Jefferson, also opposed the central bank, he destroyed it again after it was reinstated by a president of the other party. He was a southerner from Tennessee, a hero of the Battle of New Orleans against the British in the War of 1812. He was also a staunch supporter of slavery and an expansionist. He invaded Spanish Florida because runaway slaves ran to Florida and Indian tribes kept attacking Americans at the Georgia frontier with Florida. Jackson began the tradition of the South being a strong democratic area until the twentieth century. For the duration of the 19th century up until the mid 20th century, the democrats were the proponents of States’ Rights over the federal government. After the American Civil War, slavery was abolished but recalcitrant democrats of the south adopted Jim Crow laws during reconstruction. Racism was endemic in the democratic party; however, the Republicans were very apathetic to condition of blacks in the South.

The third and final incarnation of the Democratic party was formed by two towering figures of twentieth century American politics: Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Woodrow Wilson was the president who began America’s emergence as a world power and started engaging in “entangling alliances” with Europe during World War I. Woodrow Wilson was famous for his Fourteen points that created the League of Nations. Congressional Republicans did not however, embrace Wilson’s enthusiasm for the predecessor to the Modern United Nations. Woodrow Wilson also broke another Democratic party tradition, he approved of the 16th Amendment of the Constitution that established a private central bank, the Federal Reserve and created a permanent federal income tax in 1913. Historians say that the Democratic Party broke this tradition in order to create economic stability after a series of economic panics. Franklin Delano Roosevelt is considered the true father of the modern Democratic Party. He believed in landownership for the middle class like Jefferson, but innovated upon Jefferson’s idea with the creation of the FDIC that guarantees bank holdings when banks go bust and they did often during the Great Depression, when Roosevelt presided over the United States. Roosevelt believe that government could be a source of wealth for the working class a series of his programs are collectively known as the New Deal. Roosevelt also began the government-run employee retirement insurance known as Security as a means of creating economic stability in times of socioeconomic upheaval.

The Democratic party’s political ideology is a product of its history but FDR is the one figure that molded the democratic platform so strongly that programs like welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, and the recent health care reform come right out of Roosevelt’s textbook. Every Democratic president after Roosevelt ruled by his precedent.

Democracy as a form of government dates back to the time of the ancient Greeks. “Democracy” is actually a word of Greek origins using the Greek prefix “Demos” meaning people and the suffix “cracy” meaning to rule. Therefore, the meaning of “democracy” is literally “rule by the people”. The ability of the people to rule means that all who are considered citizens self-govern. Modern western democratic politics owes much of its heritage to the ancient Greeks. The main difference between the ancient and modern variants of the form of governments is who were considered citizens or people. The ancient Greeks only considered landowning males citizens whereas modern Western democracies allow political, enthnic, racial and religious minorities to vote. Ancient Greek democracy was the democratic politics in its purest sense when the “people” actually governed themselves directly when landowning males all gathered in the council of the Athenian city-state to discuss and vote on the political issues of their day. However, as with all human inventions, democracy has improved over the years and became more flexible to address potential for tyranny of the majority, or in the case of Athenian civilization – the minority.

The ideas for modern Western democratic politics did not come out of thin air. Democracy evolved over thousands of years. Democracy was not perfect and still is not perfect. However, what makes democracy wonderful despite its clear problems is its flexibility to evolve over time. The first political philosopher to point out the main problem of democracy was Plato. In his most famous philosophical work on politics, he pointed out that democratic politics are that democratic leaders are elected to merely pander to the fickle will of the masses; thus, constituting a tyranny of the majority. Plato, brilliant as he was, could not solve this critical problem of democratic politics; in fact, he preferred rule by a enlightened despotism. Hundreds of years after Athenian Civilization collapsed, the Roman Republic set the earliest framework of modern representative democracy. The Roman Republic organized their government based on the democratic election of the Roman government officials. These officials formed the senate, the lawmaking body of Rome. Like all civilizations, Rome had issues of class. The two classes were the Plebeians and the Senatorial Class. Political conflict between the two classes later created the tribune of the Plebes that checked the authority of the Senate. This was a crucial turning point in the making of modern democratic politics, it was the first elected government body that addressed the issue of political minority rights.

Approximately 1700 years after the fall of Rome, the founding fathers of the American Republic studied ancient Athenian and Roman civilizations and further improved democratic politics with the invention of the constitutional democratic republic. The American framers of the Constitution improved the primitive Roman system of checks and balances. As James Madison pointed out in the influential “Federalist Papers,” “In order to lay a due foundation for that separate and distinct exercise of the different powers of government, which to a certain extent is admitted on all hands to be essential to the preservation of liberty, it is evident that each department should have a will of its own; and consequently should be so constituted that the members of each should have as little agency as possible in the appointment of the members of the others”. Thus the three branches of government were assigned each powers that were designed to check and balance each other because the framers knew that ambitious men will try to outdo each other’s power, which would eventually lead to tyranny. The system of checks and balances were not enough to prevent the government’s tendency to descend into tyranny so the framers included the Bill of Rights. The Anti-federalists refused to ratify the Constitution without the Bill of Rights, which put limitations on the ability of Government to be tyrannical over the greatest minority, the individual.

Democratic politics are still not perfect and political violence within a democracy is sometimes inevitable. This is a big problem in newer democracies like Iraq and Post-Soviet Russia where the resilience of democracies is tested. The avoidance of a tyranny of the majority or a powerful minority is crucial to the perpetuation of liberty. Democracy is inherently not a guarantee of liberty; it takes a good constitution and belief that everyone is rational and therefore deserves a right to participate in government.

When an individual is ready to run for election, he or she, launches a political campaign. The person running a political campaign is referred to as a candidate. Before political campaigning is initiated, one must meet the requirements necessary to run for office. Political campaigns are fund raising machines seeking contributions from private individuals, private organizations, and private and publicly traded corporations. There are many campaign finance regulations that apply to the operation of a political campaign. Increasingly, in American political campaigns, money and images are good predictors of victory in elections. Political campaigns generate income from donations to run advertisements on newspapers, radio, television, and the Internet.

Political campaigns are famous for their catchy slogans and memorable television ads. Advertisements like the infamous “Daisy Girl” ad had great power in deciding the outcome of the Lyndon B. Johnson campaign in 1964 against Arizona Senator Barry Goldwater. The political campaign advertisement featured the image of a little girl and suddenly, the frame transitions to footage of the detonation of a hydrogen bomb. This political campaign is among the most controversial campaign advertisements in American history but showed clear results in LBJ’s victory over Sen. Goldwater in the ’64 elections. Johnson won by a landslide. Effective political campaign related marketing tools do not have to be as expensive or complex as a television ad; they could be a simple as a single-sentence slogan. Many political scientists and historians agree with the claim that Woodrow Wilson won re-election in 1916 with the simple slogan that reflected world events “He kept us out of war.” World War I had began in Europe in 1914 and the people of the United States favored a position of unconditional neutrality in the conflict. Wilson ran on anti-war campaign; however, after re-election Wilson had taken into America into war in 1917, less than a year after his second inauguration. Political campaign slogans do not have to be about a campaign promise; often, politicians may choose a word or phrase that captures the essence of the political movement. Famously, Barack Obama ran on a simple one-word slogan, “Change” after eight years of George W. Bush.

Media appeal also plays an important role in the outcome of a candidates political campaigns. If a president looks good on television, the more likely his campaign would succeed. American Political campaigns are focused on destroying the image that the opposing candidate sought to build for him or herself. Political scientists refer to this phenomenon as “mud slinging.” Many political scientists have studied the public’s reaction to John F. Kennedy’s youthful charm in contrast to his incumbent opponent Dwight D. Eisenhower in the election of 1960. Studies showed that the public favored JFK’s youthful looks and charm over Dwight D. Eisenhower’s paternal appearance. The election of 1960 is when the importance of the media became most apparent to political campaign managers and politicians. The importance of the media in political campaigns is not a phenomenon as a old as the television age, Franklin Delano Roosevelt had a very charismatic radio voice and he made sure that he never revealed to the public that he had polio. Franklin Delano Roosevelt understood the importance of the media, the media agreed never to publish photographs of him in a wheelchair for fear of appearing weak and sickly before the American public.

Political campaigns can be very harsh and exchanges between opponents could be damaging to one’s reputation, let alone ego. However, taking shots at the opponent’s political views and image is part of achieving political victory in the quest for elected positions. Successful political campaigns depend on constantly flowing cash from donors to create an image that wins the hearts and minds of voters across the constituency. The lessons of political campaign history explain the importance of money, image, and rhetoric in political campaigns.

Political news covered by the mainstream media does not give comprehensive information surrounding the political issues of today. The mainstream media’s political news offer only superficial information on the political issues of the day. The political news covered on television infamously uses a sound bite of an important political speech and pass it as the “best political news on television.” Ok, so I’m being a bit harsh. To television’s credit, the political news covered by that form of media is geared to a people on-the-go. But an intellectually curious individual will not be satiated by the sparse coverage of political news stories covered by television. Let’s be real, gratification is not always instant. The classic “who?”, “when?”, “where?”,” why?” of journalism are maintained in political news covering the political issues of the present. However, the most important question regarding all journalism seems to be neglected on television; that question is “how?” How is such an important question journalists must ask themselves, especially on stories that are covering a salient political issue. “How” explains the origins of all events; it puts things into context. Context is something that television cannot give its viewers, and in understanding politics; context is everything. This could explain why so many Americans are turned off by politics.

Newspapers offer a good source of political news coverage. Newspapers comprehensively cover political issues in a thorough and in-depth manner. However, the state of newspapers has long been on the decline since other forms of media are becoming popular sources of news and entertainment. First readers observed, a decline in the length of a political news article, then increased frequencies of advertisements appearing on the pages, and finally many reporters were laid off because revenues from readership and advertisements could not cover the expenses of staffing a large scale newspapers. Nationwide newspapers are going out of business and raising their prices. For example, a weekday issue of the New York Times is now $2.00. The decline of the quality of political news coverage is inherently an important political issue because the press is the only industry that is protected in the constitution.

A well-informed citizenry is essential to the health of a democracy. All journalism has its own political biases, but the political news on television emphasizes that bias with anchors that use sidebar commentary and sarcasm to editorialize the political issues in the news. Also 24 hour television news networks contribute the to the serious political issue of division and lack of civilized debate by catering their coverage of political news according to their political ideology. Everyone knows that CNN is the democrat network and Fox News Channel is the network geared towards republican viewers. Both networks make claims of their impartial coverage of political news but the biases are as clear as day. The airwaves of political talk radio have a similar effect. There is no forum of an ideologically integrated discussion of political issues on the news.

The internet is an excellent source of political news. However, purists believe that journalism should be a professionalized job with an editorial process and some production value. Many websites have this quality but blogs are something that all readers should take with a grain of salt. The political issues and news discussed in blogs give everyone a feel of what the political climate is like in an instant but since many bloggers lack the training in journalism, they may be less mindful of the biases in their work. Also, because there are so many bloggers out there, there is then more potential for untrue statements to be said. The internet shows the most promise in the future of how we understand political issues and news. It is by far the most democratic but as Thomas Jefferson most famously said “democracy is nothing more than mob rule;” so think critically and use the internet as a supplement to what the television and radio say.

In the United States there are two political parties, the Democrats and the Republicans. The Republican party represents the political right and the democrats represent the center-left. The democrats are the party that currently control the executive branch with President Barack Obama. The democrats also control both houses of the legislative branch, the house and the senate under the leadership of both Madam Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV).

The Democrats represent a political ideology that believes in socially liberal freedom. Democrats are usually more tolerant of alternative values and social disconformities. The democrats are racially, ethnically, and socioeconomic ally diverse. Democrats are generally regarded as the champions of the working class and immigrants. Democrats and the democratic party are generally more popular in the urban centers of the United States like New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

Economically, Democrats believe in interventionist policies on the private sector. They believe in taxing the richest members of the private sector and giving tax cuts to the less wealthy segment of the American population. Democrats also believe that the government could be a source of wealth for the people. Traditionally, Democrats believe in expansion of the power of the federal government over state and local authorities. Famous government programs like Social Security, Welfare, all GI bills, Medicare, and Medicaid are the brainchild of Democrats of the past. The father of the modern Democratic Party is the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. FDR was president during the Great Depression and World War II and helped America out of war and economic depression with the series of government programs known as the New Deal. The Healthcare Reformation bill that was just passed is a direct descendant of the type of programs that characterized New Deal legislation in the 1930′s to mid-1940′s. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was and will always be the only president in US history to be elected 4 times. Prior to FDR administration, the Democrats had an ideology that more closely resembled that of the modern republican party.

The organization that gathers delegates from every part of the country to form the Democratic political platform is called by the Democratic National Committee or DNC. The DNC gathers delegates from all corners of the United States to conduct a convention during a presidential election year to determine the party’s leadership and its platform. The last Democratic National Convention happened in 2008 in Denver, Colorado. There the democrats officially choose Barack H. Obama to be their candidate for President in 2008. Political ideology and platform is a means of gaining political pattern because it creates a united front against the Republicans. However, the 2009-2010 debates on health care reform proved that Democrats could have ideological cracks and faults. The Blue-dog Democrats were a wing of the Democratic party that sided against the President’s healthcare plan. Blue-dog Democrats lean more to the center of the political spectrum than the Democratic mainstream. These conservative Democrats divided the Democrats and gave more power to their Republican adversaries. Today, the future of the Democratic Party’s power is unknown due to the political football game between Democrats and Republicans. Republicans have a good chance to win both houses of the legislative branch in November of 2010.
